Stonewood Products - AI Implementation

AI quoting on top of BisTrack: a full quote in about two minutes.

Stonewood Products, a New England building-supply company, was losing hours to slow quoting in BisTrack. Through my agency, Different, I built an AI quoting assistant on top of it. A rep pastes an RFQ, forwards an email, or just types what the customer needs. The AI pulls products, pricing and shipping options, applies Stonewood's rules, asks when it isn't sure, and drafts a branded quote with a Pay now link in about two minutes.

  • Led the redesign of Europeanwatch.com twice which decreased bounce rate by 30+%

  • Grew web leads 500%+ over 6 year period as growth lead.

  • Grew iOS app leads 600%+ over 6 year period as growth lead, leading to $100M /year in sales from the app.

  • Led roll out of Apple Pay for the EWC iOS app. Millions in sales. 5 and 6 figure transactions across the world. God bless the iPhone.

CoinStats

Cryptocurrency tracking app

Work details

  • Designed user onboarding for popular crypto app with 500,000+ MAU.

  • I was hired to design the user onboarding for CoinStats; a popular crypto tracking app. At the time, CoinStats users owned over $5B in crypto synced via wallets from the app.

  • I made it easier for first time users to complete the core actions in the first use of the app which were following crypto (to ask for push access) & syncing your wallet to the app (for stored value and monetization). Syncing a wallet would trigger the monetization ask if the user had over $5,000 in the wallet. CoinStats limited free users to $5,000 tracked.

  • My new onboarding added $14,000+ in recurring IAP revenue in first 30 days (tracked via amplitude)

  • Came up with and designed the popular "Crypto calc" feature concept in the app to see "What if" scenarios aka the "FOMO Calc".

  • I designed, and received a patent for my dream taco holder.

  • I hated current taco holders. Cheap, uninspiring, and not fun. So, I created a first of its kind taco holder. 2 years, many design iterations later, it is finally live.
